Destiny N. Greene

Destiny N. Greene is an associate with Alvarez, Thompson, & Smoak, P.A. Her practice is focused on litigation.

Ms. Greene received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Charleston. Thereafter she received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Greene was Vice President of the Black Law Student Association, a member of the trial team, as well as a Phi Alpha Delta fraternity.

Before practicing, Destiny worked for the Public Defender’s office in the 9th Judicial Circuit as an Assistant Public Defender (APD). She served as an APD in Misdemeanor and Domestic Violence divisions. During her time working as a Defense Attorney, she gained valuable knowledge and insight which she now uses to aggressively defend her clients in the civil litigation arena.

Ms. Greene is originally from South Carolina and has resided in Florida since 2019. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
