S. Cliff Marsh

S. Cliff Marsh is an associate with Alvarez, Thompson, & Smoak, P.A. His practice is focused on litigation in defense of certain trucking companies and hotel chains.

Mr. Marsh received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida. Thereafter he received his Juris Doctorate from FAMU College of Law.

Before starting at Alvarez, Thompson & Smoak, P.A., Mr. Marsh was an associate attorney at a Jacksonville based personal injury firm where he litigated on behalf of Plaintiffs that were injured in automobile accidents. Additionally, Mr. Marsh spent time as an associate attorney at a Jacksonville based insurance defense firm where he represented a large insurance carrier in litigation of complex issues. During his time as an associate attorney, he gained valuable knowledge and insight which he now uses to aggressively defend his clients.

Mr. Marsh was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time watching movies, watching sports, and going to the gym.
