Taylor A. Zymowski

Taylor A. Zymowski is an associate with Alvarez, Thompson, & Smoak, P.A. Her practice is focused on complex civil litigation cases, involving personal injury and wrongful death, with a focus on commercial transportation defense.

Ms. Zymowski received her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctorate from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

While in law school, Ms. Zymowski received academic scholarships and volunteered with a non-profit organization assisting members of the community to obtain legal identification in compliance with federal legislation. She also worked as a law clerk at a state-wide insurance defense firm.

Before joining Alvarez, Thompson & Smoak, P.A., Ms. Zymowski worked for a large insurance defense firm where she represented clients ranging from individuals, small businesses, to national corporations, in a wide variety of liability related matters. During her tenure as a litigation associate, she gained considerable experience defending commercial clients in all aspects of premises liability claims, as well as motor vehicle accidents. Ms. Zymowski now employs her skillset to zealously represent her clients at Alvarez, Thompson & Smoak, P.A.

Taylor is a Florida native, born and raised in Central Florida. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and caring for her English Mastiff, Holly.
